Douglas A. Dickey, CPA, CEPA is one of the founding Partners of DRDA, PLLC.   Doug is one of the founders of the Firm and has been in the practice of public accounting for 28 years.  He manages a staff of over 50 employees, 20 of which are CPAs. He works with businesses on mergers and acquisitions, structuring of transactions, sourcing financing through debt and equity, profit optimization, and exit/transition planning. Kyla O'Dell, CPA is a Senior Accountant at DRDA, PLLC.  Kyla has 26 years public accounting experience serving clients in many different industries with their tax and accounting needs.  She has been a CPA since 1986 and a member of AICPA since 1987.  Kyla is an expert advisor on the structure and tax implications of the BORSA.  She earned her Bachelor of Science Business Administration at West Virginia University. Suzy Granger is the National Business Development Officer for the BORSATM team.  Suzy has been with DRDA, PLLC since the very first BORSATM client was engaged in 2003.  Since the team’s launch, Suzy has developed the marketing strategy, marketing collateral, and coordinated events and trade show participation.  She has also developed, and continues to develop, our network of referring partners.  Helping people realize their entrepreneurial dreams is what excites Suzy about her job.  Her professional associations include Texas Association of Business Brokers, International Business Brokers Association, Houston Association for Government Guaranteed Lenders, National Association of Government Guaranteed lenders where she serves on the Lender Service Providers committee, North Texas Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders and the National Association of Professional Women.  Suzy volunteers for the Texas Center for the Missing where she sits on the Fundraising Board and the Bayou Brae Civic Club where she serves as President.  She lives in League City, Texas and enjoys spending time with her family, their numerous rescue  animals, sailing, motorcycles, hot rods, and is passionate about books and reading.  Suzy can be reached at 281-954-6023 or suzy@drdacpa.com.

Bob Hancock, CPA serves our Business Advisory Service department by offering C-Suite Services and Contract CFO services. He brings in over 25 years of business loan sourcing and banking experience. Working as a consultant in our Business Advisory Services department, he offers contract CFO services, loan sourcing and strategic planning for all kinds of businesses. After graduating from Texas A & M University, Southern Methodist University and Stephen F. Austin, Robert received his CPA licensing from the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. Peter Vollers, MBA has over 25 years of experience in business management, finance and turnaround consulting. He worked for several major industrial companies and was a principal overseeing new business launches for 11 years.  Peter specializes in providing clients with advice on business plan development, due diligence, price justification, business valuation, enterprise value enhancement, and profit optimization. He is currently a Member of National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is certified as an Accredited Valuation Analyst.  He is also a member of Turnaround Management Association (TMA). Darci McCloskey has been the Client Services Coordinator at DRDA, PLLC since August 2007.  During that time, she has successfully overseen the establishment of about 100 new BORSA plans and Corporations.  Before coming to DRDA, PLLC, Darci worked as a paralegal for over 12 years with a heavy emphasis in the area of general civil litigation.  Darci graduated with honors from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management.
